A good level of fitness is required for all our tours. You should be comfortable riding a bike for at least an hour for our Explorer tours, and up to four hours for our Challenger tours. Santander is a mountainous region so there are uphill and downhill sections on all our tours.
Generally our tours are on a mix of dirt, gravel and paved country roads so you should be confident riding on terrain that is a bit rough and bumpy.
-
Anyone between 10 and 65 years old can participate in our tours. Please contact us if you are unsure, or want to know which tour is best for younger or older participants.
